How to Add Collection Items

Adding collection items lets you store and manage repeated types of content in Blockmind like blog posts, products, team members, or help articles. Here’s how you can add a new item to any collection.

1. Go to → Panel Setting in the sidebar.

2. Click → Collection Types.

3. Click + Create New Collection Types.

4. Enter a Name, API Name, Singular Name, Default Structure Data Type, Description and select Icon.

5. Click Create Publish to make it immediately available in your API and on your site.

Tips:

• Use the Make Draft and Publish buttons to manage your publishing state.

• The Replicate or Duplicate button quickly copies an existing item for faster setup.

• All changes and publishing actions are tracked in the Audit Log for transparency and rollback.
